Tier Garten which is a green hill, perfect to walk as long as you can. ?
All the supermarkets are also very near.

I had a short term contract for less than 25 days. I paid 550 in total - 100 of them is refundable insurance -. Well, it all started when I first arrived at the house. I took the key and then went to the room where I realized I have booked a horrible place. Another roommate lives there. They didn’t prepare the room whatsoever. It was all rubbish everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting. Simply, the room smelled like trash all over. And although they knew already that a new tenant will arrive, they didn’t care to clean or provide minimum service (despite the high amount of money I paid). Anyways i had to clean everything on my own. Lastly, when I went to check out, they literally tried to rob me. They asked me for 50€ fee to clean the room. Like hahah what the hell!! Obviously I was taking no chance to pay that cuz it was obvious robbing. I ended up not paying cuz I was really mad at the whole situation. In general, I dont recommend this place if you are taking a room with another tenant. And don’t trust when they tell they clean the room every week cuz they wont. Also the washing machines are incredibly expensive (2€) for each time you use it. And you can ONLY pay with 50 cent pieces. You cant pay with card like all other studentheims. It’s just alot of money for nothing. I stayed last year at a studentheim near westbanhof and they literally cleaned the room everyday and they provided toilet paper too. I paid less also.
Hence, given my experience, I dont recommend this place. The only nice thing was the park. I also forgot to tell you that expect a large number of bugs to be in your room ?.

Although the employees are not very friendly, this is a beautiful dormitory. It is pleasant to wake up with bird sounds in the morning. Also the price is affordable

The area surrounding the student dorm is one of the best places for running and outdoor workout. Especially the castle park close to the student apartment buildings is well maintained and perfectly suitable for stretching, yoga and relaxing after sport routines.

Good suburb and modern dorm within a nice park!
Many rooms, clean. Moderate price. Free car park.

Time to city center or main university about 30-45min by bus and subway or by tram.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bus and tram stations nearby.

A student dorm doesn't have to be quiet all the time. If you have a light sleep, please consider avoiding a room in house 3. There's the "Heimbar" party once a week with music until the early hours. 😉 I would advise to consider this from the start to avoid later disputes.
